[業務内容 / Job Description]
ADASソフトウェア製品の品質をVnVテストを通して保証する重要な役割を担います。顧客の要求仕様に基づき、機能および性能検証のためのテストをベンチ試験器またはテスト車両を用いて実施します。また、機能に不具合が発生した時には、原因特定および修正作業のサポートを行います。さらに、必要に応じてテストプロセスの改善を行い、製品の信頼性・安全性の向上に貢献します。
You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of ADAS software products through VnV testing. Based on customer requirements, you will conduct functional and performance VnV tests using bench testers or test vehicles. You will also support root cause analysis and corrective action when functional defects occur. Furthermore, you will contribute to improving product reliability and safety by enhancing test processes as needed.

具体的な業務内容 / Specific responsibilities include
    1. VnVテストのコーディネーション（テスト日程/作業調整等）
        VnV Test Coordination (test scheduling, task management, etc.)
    2. VnVテストベンチおよびテスト環境の構築
        VnV test bench and test environment setup
    3. 車両およびテストベンチを用いたVnVテストの実施
        Performing VnV tests using vehicles and test benches
    4. 不具合事象のベンチ試験器での再現試験の実施
        Reproducing defect scenarios on bench testers
    5. VnVテストストラテジーの策定（テストプロセスの改善を含む）
        Developing VnV test strategies (including test process improvement)

国内外の関連部署（インド、ベトナム、ドイツ等）と連携して業務を進めます。顧客に対しては、ソフトウェア品質に関するVnVテストおよび結果報告の技術窓口を担当します。
You will collaborate with related departments both domestically and internationally (India, Vietnam, Germany, etc.). You will serve as the technical contact person for customers regarding VnV testing and the reporting of results concerning software quality.

A. テストコーディネーター / Test Coordinator:
国際的なチーム（インド、ベトナム、ドイツのスタッフを含む）において、VnVテスト全体の進捗を管理し、必要に応じてリソースの調整を行うことで、VnVテストが円滑に進むように活動を推進します。リーダーシップを発揮し、プロジェクト進捗のサポート、チームメンバーの調整、課題解決に尽力します。顧客に対しては、技術要件や課題、VnVテストおよびその結果に関する技術窓口を担当します。
Within a global team (including staff in India, Vietnam, and Germany), you will be responsible for managing the overall progress of VnV testing and promoting smooth VnV testing activities by adjusting resources as needed. You will demonstrate leadership by supporting project progress, coordinating team members, and contributing to issue resolution. You will serve as the technical point of contact person for customers regarding technical requirements and challenges, as well as VnV testing and its results.

B. テストエンジニア / Test Engineer:
国際的なチーム（インド、ベトナム、ドイツのスタッフを含む）において、製品仕様・顧客要求仕様に基づき、機能・性能に関するVnVテストを実施し、品質を確認します。リーダーシップを発揮し、VnVテスト作業を推進します。顧客に対しては、VnVテスト環境やVnVテスト作業に関する技術窓口を担当します。
Within a global team (including staff in India, Vietnam, and Germany), you will conduct VnV tests related to functionality and performance based on product specifications and customer requirements to verify quality. You will demonstrate leadership by driving VnV testing efforts. You will serve as the technical point of contact person for customers regarding the VnV testing environment and VnV testing activities.

[必須の経験&スキル / Required Experience & Skills]
経験 / Experience:
a. 機械工学、電子/電気工学、情報工学、システム工学分野の学士号または修士号取得者、あるいは同等の学力をお持ちの方
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or equivalent education.
b. コンピュータサイエンス、自動車技術、品質管理、プロジェクト管理、統計学に関する知識があれば尚可
    Knowledge of computer science, automotive technology, quality management, project management, and statistics is preferred.
スキル / Skills:
c. 顧客に技術説明ができるレベルの日本語力
    Japanese language proficiency sufficient to provide technical explanations to customers.
d. 海外エンジニアと技術的な会話ができるレベルの英語力
    English language proficiency sufficient to engage in technical conversations with engineers in other regions.
