Job DescriptionManage and maintain the equipment in good status through the implementation of TPMSetup and implement the Preventive Maintenance planSupport new equipment development to fulfill specified testing requirement.Setup of new equipment & technologyEquipment up/down time analysis with reportEquipment and testing fixture design & drawings management.Analyze and optimize the equipment improvement and the realization of the equipment improvement.Warehouse managementTools and gauges management.Provide technical training to techs. and operatorsLab management，safety，5S etc.Other task assigned by manager

Qualifications

Educational background (language): 

B.A. degree or above, majored in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, electrical control.

Fluent in English or German speaking and writing.

Job Relevant Knowledge:

Mechanical design, Automation, mechanics.

Work Experience:

Experience in mechanical, CAD, good electrical control ability highly preferred.
