Warringtonfire, part of Element, has an opportunity for a number of Graduate Engineers to join our business on a perrnanent contract. The initial 2 years will be spent on our Graduate scheme starting in late September based at our Warrington site. This is a unique opportunity to work with one of the fastest growing organisations within the Testing, Inspection & Certification sector.

Over the course of two years within the programme you will gain valuable experience and understanding of the different functions of the business, plus build the foundations for a career in the Testing, Inspection & Certification industry
Limited travel between our UK and / or European businesses will be required throughout the programme, and for willing candidates there may also be the potential opportunity to benefit from spending time on a longer placement in one of our other locations in the UK or further afield
Skills / QualificationsCandidates should have the following qualifications and attributes:
Educated to degree standard, ideally holding a degree in either Science, Engineering, Civil Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Fire Analytical & inquisitive in nature Technically focusedKeen interest in all aspects of fire safetyMethodical and highly organised: capable of meeting deadlinesAble to prioritise and reach decisions quickly and effectivelyAble to make informed decisions and confidence to stand by / justify these decisionsStrong written & verbal communication skillsExcellent numeracy skills and strong attention to detailPresentation skillsIdeally a Full UK Driving LicenceUK Right To Work, with no restrictions - and can commence work with us on the 22nd September 2025
