We’re a remote workplace (with optional in-office days). We have offices in Boston, Nashville, New York, Vancouver, WA, Washington, DC and London.

Responsibilities:Develop long-term account success and financial growth Build a consultative relationship with the client as their main advisorOversee day-to-day details of ongoing projects and ensure quality control of creative workManage client expectations to budgets, schedules, and project scopeCapture and articulate client briefs, challenges, and opportunities – with a strong ability to join the dots and articulate the challenges in a broader context.Provide strategic direction and guidance to agency teams in developing and executing strategic campaignsEnsure ongoing alignment with strategy Participate in meetings with all functional areas, from creative to PR Navigate and adapt to different work styles Cultivate positive client relationships and pursue opportunities to grow existing business; take opportunities to visit clients in person as feasibleDevelop strong relationships with Integrated Marketing and PR Colleagues to identify growth and cross-sell opportunitiesLead client planningManage financial performance, forecasting, and profitabilityUse data and metrics to guide optimizations and identify growth areasAnticipate and resolve project problems for client satisfactionLead and support new business proposals and pitchesExplore opportunities within Integrated Marketing to grow your skills and learn all-new ones (UX, CRM, Marketing, SEO, Paid Media, Social Media, Account Management and Client Relations, Video Production, Design, etc.)Lead, manage, mentor, and grow direct reports

Qualifications: A bachelor’s degreeAt least 8 years of relevant professional experience, including 3-5 years in a creative/digital agency in an account leadership role working on multiple large accountsLocated in the Central or Eastern time zone, ideally based in Nashville, TN.Ideally, experience in B2B marketing, quick-service restaurant and consumer product goodsA deep understanding of marketing and an omni-channel approach to strategy development and executionAt least 8 years of experience managing teams and dotted-line reportsA deep understanding of all Integrated Marketing product and service offerings, with the ability to oversee team strategy and executionEmpathy and a player-coach mentality in supporting internal teams and junior staff membersExcellent public speaking skillsThe ability to stay calm under pressure, think creatively, and act diplomatically while maintaining excellent communication, management, organizational, and interpersonal skillsSolutions-oriented problem-solving and strategic thinking skillsA team player mentality with the ability to manage junior staff members directly and indirectlyThe ability to thrive while managing multiple complex projects
Anticipated Salary: 120,000-160,000
Commensurate with experience and depending upon the workplace.
