As an Account Executive in the NSW Private Sector team, you’ll be at the forefront of driving digital transformation for some of Australia’s most innovative private enterprises. You'll work with clients across multiple industries, helping them solve complex challenges through technology while enhancing employee, customer, and business outcomes.
Your primary focus will be on identifying opportunities, building long-term strategic relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that create commercial and operational impact. You’ll represent Logicalis as a trusted technology partner with a deep understanding of the Managed Services space.
Key Responsibilities🔹 Opportunity & Relationship Management
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across the NSW private sector.
Lead client engagements end-to-end, from initial discovery and proposal to final negotiations and handover.
Build and maintain strong, influential relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
🔹 Strategic Sales & Planning
Develop and implement effective account strategies tailored to each customer’s needs.
Maintain a healthy pipeline and accurate forecasting, reporting regularly to sales leadership.
Actively contribute to the growth of Logicalis’ reputation as a strategic partner, not just a vendor.
🔹 Solution Advisory & Collaboration
Collaborate with pre-sales and technical experts to shape effective solution proposals.
Translate business challenges into relevant technology solutions with clear commercial benefits.
Ensure smooth transitions from sales to delivery, maintaining involvement to ensure client success.
🔹 Market Intelligence & Reporting
Stay across industry trends, competitor positioning, and emerging technologies.
Feed back market insights to help refine and evolve Logicalis’ go-to-market strategy.
🔹 Professional Growth & Brand Representation
Represent Logicalis at industry events, networking sessions, and customer forums.
Actively engage in ongoing learning to remain up to date on MSP trends, partner offerings, and sector-specific needs.

You bring:
A consultative approach to account management and solution selling.
The ability to articulate and talk through your experience with credibility and commercial acumen.
Experience working in or with Managed Services Providers (MSPs) and/or consulting environments.
An understanding of the NSW private sector landscape, with established networks and professional connections.
Strong closing experience, with a proven ability to win new business and expand existing accounts.
High levels of integrity, dependability, and the ability to quickly earn trust.
Strength in navigating complex organisations, stakeholder engagement, and driving business value.
