This Account Management Internship offers great experience in sales and customer engagement. Work with industry leaders, learn the end-to-end sales process, and develop essential skills for a successful career.
As an AT&T Sales Team Intern, you will work alongside a team of 20 account managers and collaborate virtually with colleagues based in both the U.S. and India.
You will gain skills in:
Sales and Business Development
Support sales operations by managing administrative tasks, lead generation, and MQO (Marketing Qualified Opportunity) conversion.
Assist in identifying new sales opportunities and driving customer engagement through proactive outreach.
Contribute to the success of the sales team by handling customer inquiries and following up with leads through phone calls and email communication.
Marketing Campaign Support
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, including email campaigns and digital marketing efforts.
Collaborate with the team to support and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and timely customer data, sales leads, and contract inventory.
Build and organize a comprehensive customer contact database to support outreach efforts.
Social Media and Market Research
Conduct social media research to identify opportunities for customer engagement and brand promotion.
Analyze industry trends and customer behavior to inform sales and marketing strategies.
Contract and Inventory Management
Assist in managing contracts and ensuring accurate inventory tracking within the systems
Customer Focus
Gain a deep understanding of AT&T’s customers and learn how your role contributes to enhancing their experience.
Support initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and strengthening brand loyalty.
Professional Growth and Collaboration
Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and networking events as part of the AT&T Internship Program.
Collaborate with experienced professionals and peers to develop skills in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management.
Key Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Passion for sales, customer engagement, and business development.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse, virtual, and cross-functional team environment.
Location: Aupark Tower, Bratislava
Contract: Full-time, 40 h/w
Duration: 3 months fixed contract
Start date: Ideally 1st June 2025
Compensation: Starting at 1,400 EUR gross per 40h/w. The actual offered salary may be considerably higher based on your skills, knowledge and experience.
