We’re looking for an Account Manager to support our strategic brand initiatives and deliver outstanding campaign outcomes.
Role Objective:
Live Nation is on the hunt for an energetic, organised and creative Account Manager to join our Auckland-based Brand Partnerships team. In this fast-paced, full-time role, you’ll help deliver integrated brand campaigns, manage client communications, and activate unforgettable experiences at some of Aotearoa’s most iconic live events.
What you’ll be doing:
+ Client Support: Assist the Account Director with client services across a diverse portfolio of brands and campaigns.
+ Campaign Execution: Manage event integration deliverables and ensure timely, high-quality, and on-budget campaign delivery.
+ Project Coordination: Oversee day-to-day agency activities, including preparing WIP documents, briefs, and post-campaign reports.
+ Creative Contribution: Collaborate on generating innovative ideas that align with client goals and deliver measurable ROI.
+ Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support seamless campaign execution.
+ Budget Administration: Handle client budget management and ensure financial accuracy.
+ Onsite Event Support: Act as an on-ground client liaison at events, hosting competition winners and managing backstage tours or artist meet-and-greets.
+ Travel Flexibility: Be available to travel for events and work outside usual business hours during peak periods.
What we’re looking for:
+ 1-2+ years of experience in account management within creative, experiential, or sponsorship agencies, or project management in media publishing.
+ Strong understanding of campaign management and event execution.
+ Familiarity with digital and social media landscapes.
+ Exceptional written and verbal communication, with proven relationship-building skills.
+ High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
+ A collaborative team player, comfortable working with creative and experiential teams.
+ Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced industry, including working outside standard hours during peak periods.
