Account Manager Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth Identify and act on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts Understand and assess client needs, tailoring customized solutions and coordinating seamless delivery Proactively resolve client issues and challenges in a timely and effective manner Collaborate with internal teams to align client objectives with business goals Monitor account performance, analyze data, and report on key metrics
Account Manager Qualifications: Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development Strong relationship-building and interpersonal communication skills Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach to growing client accounts Demonstrated success in negotiating contracts and closing deals Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities through data insights Industry knowledge in electronics or similar technical field is preferred


Employment Details:
Direct Hire
Base salary of $70,000.00 per year plus comp structure
