Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking an Account Reconciliation Specialist to join their team. As an Account Reconciliation Specialist, you will be part of the Finance department supporting critical financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Account Reconciliation Specialist
**Location:** Southeast, Wisconsin (Hybrid Schedule - U.S. Based)
**Pay Range:** Hourly - Depends on experience
**What's the Job?**
+ Review and balance internal and general ledger transactions to ensure proper posting to client accounts.
+ Research and correct discrepancies within internal or general ledger accounts by comparing credits versus debits.
+ Monitor and ensure scheduled outside deposits are received accurately and on time.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve reconciliation issues, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
+ Assist in fiduciary and internal/external audits as needed.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
+ 2+ years relevant account reconciliation and/or bank branch or bank operations experience.
+ Excellent organizational and data entry skills, with the ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy.
+ Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
