Your Position:

Major Purpose Performs various moderately complex professional accounting assignments requiring knowledge of business unit, company policy, or accounting theory. Includes coordinating, preparing and analyzing financial information and reports that provide summary information for management use in making company financial decisions.Major Duties

Ensure timely and accurate account booking for intercompany transactions during monthly closing, account clearing and adjustment. 确保在每月结账期间及时、准确地记录公司间交易的账目，进行账目清理和调整。

Analyze accounts payable balances and monitor aging frequency. 分析应付账款余额并追踪长账龄。

Check and monitor monthly bank reconciliations, perform yearly treasury survey.检查并监控银行每月对账情况，填写年度资金管理调查。

 Random check AP vouchers and T&E related.随机抽查应付账款凭证及差旅费报销单等相关凭证。

Provide support for internal audits and external audits. 为内部审计和外部审计提供支持。

Issue resolution within the team and other hoc work assigned by manager.团队内部的问题解决和上级安排的临时工作。

Required:

At least 5 years of experience in AP accounting within a foreign company.拥有至少5 年的外资企业应付账款会计的工作经历。

Proficient in using the accounting module of the SAP system.熟练使用SAP 系统会计模块。

Good communication skills and team spirit.良好的沟通能力和团队精神。

Excellent command of English, both in writing and spoken.出色的英语口语和书写能力。
