OverviewJoin our dynamic Operations Accounting Team, where you'll play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the accounting for various bank operations. Your focus will include:

Responsibilities Manage and oversee the daily operations and month-end close of accounting.Monitor and analyze accounting data and review analysis for monthly and quarterly GL account variance.Establish and enforce proper internal controls, accounting methods, policies, and procedures.Review various schedules and reports for internal users and external auditors and assist in the audit of financial statements and related footnotes.Complete Accounting requirements to support the Bank’s new products/services or enhancements.Perform ad-hoc analyses and projects as needed. Qualifications Solid knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and conceptsBanking/financial institution experience preferredAt least 7 years public accounting and/or public company accounting experienceEffective communication skills to interact with various Bank departments and manage team members.CPA license or MBA preferredStrong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skillsInquisitive mind and intellectual curiosityBachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or universityAdvanced usage of Microsoft Excel Compensation The base pay range for this position is USD $100,000.00/Yr. - USD $150,000.00/Yr.
