What You'll Do as an Accounting Support Specialist:

You'll play a vital role in assisting the accounting team with day-to-day operations. Manage both Accounts Payable and Accounts ReceivableProcess invoices and payments accurately and efficientlyCommunicate with vendors and resolve discrepanciesPerform general ledger entries and account reconciliationsSupport the team with data entry and administrative accounting tasks

Work Experience

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

3+ years of experience with QuickBooksStrong data entry skills and attention to detailComfortable working with spreadsheets and accounting softwareA degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent work experienceA self-starter who can jump in and get the job done with minimal supervision
