Temp-to-Hire position$18.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Process vendor invoices and employee expenses using Sage accounting softwareMatch purchase orders, receiving documents, and invoices for accuracy before paymentReview and verify vendor invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to paymentMaintain vendor files and resolve discrepancies by communicating with suppliers and internal departmentsAssist with month-end close by preparing AP accruals and reconciling accountsMonitor AP aging reports and follow up on outstanding issuesEnsure compliance with internal controls and accounting policiesCollaborate with operations and field teams to ensure data accuracy in FieldCap entriesAccounts Payable Qualifications:
AP experience preferredMust have previous admin experienceApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
