Description Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager – Hybrid | Growth Opportunity | Fort Worth, TX Joe Faradie at Robert Half is seeking a motivated AR Manager for a client to take ownership of Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Collections across multiple entities. This hybrid role offers an exciting opportunity to make an immediate impact while positioning yourself for future leadership. As the AR Manager, you’ll manage invoicing and collections, administer commissions, and work closely with sales and finance to ensure accuracy and efficiency. You’ll play a critical role in process improvement and will be instrumental in building out a future team. What You’ll Do: • Oversee AR, Billing, and Collections for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance • Process and manage invoicing in NetSuite (NetSuite experience strongly preferred) • Reconcile and manage commission payments in coordination with sales and finance • Drive collections efforts and collaborate with sales to resolve outstanding balances • Pull, review, and analyze AR and commission-related reports for decision support • Identify and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency • Own the AR process and help build scalable infrastructure for future growth • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience • Bring leadership potential and the desire to grow and mentor a future team What You Bring: • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • Multi-entity AR experience and strong communication skills • A collaborative mindset and the drive to lead with impact confidential interest - Joe.Faradie @ roberthalf com Connect with me on linkedin - This is the BEST way to apply Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. • Proven experience managing accounts receivable operations, preferably across multiple entities. • Familiarity with NetSuite or similar accounting software is strongly preferred.. • Experience in billing, invoicing, and collections processes.
