Job Description

SHIFTS AVAILABLE:

Monday - Thursday 12-hour day shift

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The position includes advance preparation of adhesives, tooling, and other needs to keep the machines stocked.  This position is also responsible for hazardous waste disposal.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

Appropriately understands and follows the plant’s EHS (Environmental, Health and Safety) and Quality systems to maintain a safe workplace and ensure quality products.

Supports and assists the department by preparing adhesives and keeping machines stocked with material.

Operates lifting equipment as needed to complete job duties.

Assists with machine set-ups and ensures compliance with job specifications. Ensures a clean working environment.

Responsible for the proper handling and labeling of hazardous waste on the production floor, staging and transport.

Anticipates and reacts proactively to changes.

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU:

High School Diploma or GED

Forklift experience

1+ years experience in warehouse/manufacturing

General computer knowledge preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Stand, walk, and lift continuously for up to 12 hours/day.

Repeatedly lift up to 50lbs without assistance and up to 90lbs with assistance.

Operate a forklift and other lifting devices.

Ability to manipulate rolls and cylinders using hoist system.
