Primary Duties & responsibilities

Overall day to day coordination and support with the responsibilities in specific areas listed below:

Ensure communication with customer for RMAsEnter RMA information in SAP systemPrepare quote for unit repairedPrepare shipping documents to return the units to the customerRequest HTS code for new and existing productIn accordance with procedures, perform Global Trade Compliance verifications for all shipments (ITAR- GTC)Purchase office suppliesCreate purchase requisition for Engineering groupTrack shipments from Laval to the customerCommunicate with customers for shipping instructionOther duties as required

Requirements

College diploma in Administration/Supply Chain/accountability or related disciplineExperience with SAPStrong attention to detail and ability to multi-taskExperience in a small business environment is an assetBilingual- strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English languageWorking knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsabilités :

Coordination et soutien au jour le jour avec des responsabilités dans les domaines spécifiques énumérés ci-dessous :

Assurer la communication avec les clients pour les RMAEffectuer l’entrée de données pour les RMA dans SAPPréparer les soumissions pour les unités réparés.Communiquer les instructions d’expédition aux clients et préparer les documents d’expéditionFaire les demandes de code tarifaire HTS pour les nouveaux produits et ceux existantEffectuer la vérification des expéditions en conformité avec nos procédures (Itar-GTC)Effectuer l’achat de la papeteriePréparer les réquisitions d’achat pour l’ingénierieEffectuer le suivi des envois à nos clientsToutes autres taches demandées

Exigences

Diplôme d’Études Collégiales en administration/chaine d'approvisionnement ou discipline relié au posteConnaissance de SAP est un atoutÊtre multi-tâches et désir de s’impliquer dans l’entrepriseExpérience en petite entreprise est un atoutÊtre bilingue français et anglais, écrit et oralConnaissance pratique de la suite MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
