Our client, an expanding merchant bank, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Transactional team in their NYC office. The hours are 9/9:30am-6pm five days in the office.
Responsibilities:
Provide seamless administrative support to a team of lawyersManage calendars and schedule meetingsBook light travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and ground transportationProcess and submit expensesHandle document signing and filingScreen calls on behalf of the teamQualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred5+ years of administrative experience out of professional servicesFamiliarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Personable professional with a team player mentalityCompensation/Benefits:
