Administrative Assistant

As Administrative Assistant for our Brand organization, you will perform diversified and confidential administrative tasks supporting multiple business leaders on the team. You will report to a Vice President & General Manager.

Your Impact:

\nProvide administrative support including calendar management, meeting, travel coordination, and processing of expense reports and invoicesSupport payment of department invoices through the department's bill payment tool and SAPSupport department document retention process and systemsCreate, proofread, and distribute PowerPoint presentationsHelp with drafting, proofing and editing communicationsManage the use and ordering of office supplies, including special requestsAssist with facilities set-up for new hires joining the teamCommunicate with individuals at all levels in the organization, industry and communityIdentify administrative continuous improvements and develop tools to assist team members\n

Your Experience:

\nHigh School Diploma, Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field3 years of administrative experience supporting multiple leaders, producing quality work under short time constraints, and working with detailed confidential informationCustomer service skillsTime management, organization and prioritization abilitiesWorking knowledge of SharePoint, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint\n

Number of Days in Office: 4

Located in downtown Chicago along the Chicago River, our corporate headquarters is in the landmark Merchandise Mart building, with access to public transit, and several options for dining and shopping in the area.

Compensation: 

Pay Range:$65,600-$100,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
