**31996BR** **Service Line:** Office Management/Administration **Office Name:** Salt Lake City **Job Description:** **General Responsibilities:** Perform various administrative tasks to ensure efficient and effective performance of the department’s administrative task. Create and maintain documents, compile reports, and manage, store, and disseminate information. Facilitate department activities by managing meeting calendars and making travel arrangements. This role functions in a team environment. **Essential Roles and Responsibilities:** + Under minimal supervision, perform advanced administrative tasks to support a department. + May act as a lead or provide direction to other Administrative Assistants in a larger office or region. + Schedule and facilitate meetings based on department needs and makes suggestions when appropriate. + Collect, review, and analyze data and prepare moderately complex reports and other presentation materials utilizing word processing, spreadsheet, or specialized software. + Create calendar events, set up travel arrangements, process reports, and lead the coordination of day-to-day activities of the department. + May work on assignments of a confidential nature requiring extensive knowledge of office, company practices, policies and programs. + Follow safety rules, guidelines and standards for all projects. Participate in pre-task planning.
