This onsite position may have an opportunity to convert to permanent. In this role you will handle all receptionist duties ensuring the accurate and timely accomplishment of all basic administrative duties.
Contract Duration: 6 Months **Required Skills & Experience**
+ Experience in an administrative support position
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills
+ Experience using Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
+ Experience in a customer contact position communicating information
+ Experience organizing and prioritizing tasks
+ Experience in a position working with highly confidential information
+ Experience working under little or no supervision
+ Experience operating switchboard preferred
**What You Will Be Doing**
Daily Responsibilities
+ Working solo in the front of the building
+ Assist with front office package deliveries
+ Greet customers as they enter the building
+ Receive and post payments to accounts
+ Answering and transferring calls via switchboard
+ Other administrative duties include, but not limited to, sorting mail, manage deliveries, and ordering supplies
