The Baltimore office of an AmLaw100 law firm is seeking an Administrative Support Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to a dynamic team of legal professionals. This role requires a proactive team player with a “can-do” attitude who excels at anticipating needs, solving problems, and contributing actively to the team's success.

A Day in the Life

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment where both speed and accuracy are essential. This role demands professionalism, strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and a customer service-oriented mindset. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, are a must. Responsibilities include a variety of administrative tasks, such as processing expense reports, maintaining files, entering time, handling mailings, managing documents, processing mail, assisting with trial preparation, and performing other duties as assigned.

We Know You

The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Windows, with the ability to quickly learn new systems. A recent college graduate with experience in an office environment is preferred.
