Admissions Coordinator (Senior/Disabled Housing)

We’re seeking a full-time Admissions Coordinator to manage the admissions process for senior/disabled housing complexes located across St. Lawrence and Jefferson Counties. This is an office-based position, currently based out of the United Helpers RiverLedge office complex in Ogdensburg.

Responsibilities will include processing applications when received, maintaining waitlists and mailing application to potential tenants when requested. Other duties will include keeping track of move-ins, move-outs and transfers.

Applicants should have an Associate’s Degree in accounting or business administration OR a high school diploma with a minimum of three years experience in an office setting.

A New York State driver’s license is required, as some local travel, within St. Lawrence and Jefferson counties, may be required.

Salary for this position begins at $17.82 to $19.60 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
