Current registration with the Maryland State Board of Examiners of Nurses as a Certified Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner OR Licensed Physician Assistant. Valid contract with preceptors.Completion of "Healthcare Provider" CPR course, yearly.Aesthetic Certification required.Physical Requirements
Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail for up to eighty percent of work time in performing duties and dealing with patients and families often during stressful situations. Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.Working Conditions

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct thorough initial patient assessments and consultations to develop tailored patient treatment plansPerform initial history and physical as evidenced by appropriate documentation.Educate patients about pre and post-treatment care, expected outcomes, and potential side effects, ensuring their informed consent.Perform aesthetic procedures including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and skin rejuvenation treatments, ensuring precision and safetyMaintain accurate and confidential patient records using EPIC, documenting treatment details, progress, and any adverse reactions.Implementing and developing clinical procedures and safety protocols and policiesMaintaining high standards of patient care, comfort, and safetyConducting regular assessments of clinical practices and making improvements as neededStay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in aesthetics through ongoing training and professional development.Assisting the administrative team to keep accurate records, schedule and optimize patient flowActively promote products, services, and promotions through social media and in personPerform laser hair removal and laser tattoo removalSupervise Registered Nurses with laser servicesProvide mentorship and supervision to the teamAll roles must demonstrate GBMC Values:

$80,363.74 - $133,809.65Final salary offer will be based on the candidate's qualifications, education, experience and alignment with our organizational needs.
