Agency Pipeline Development Manager

By joining our team, you are helping to provide an experience to our stakeholders that delivers on our promises._ **POSITION SUMMARY:** The Agency Pipeline Development Manager will be responsible for driving the effectiveness and efficiency of the agency hiring processes of our agency sales force across the business. This role will work directly with our sales leaders to enhance agent recruiting performance in their territories through a mix of standard practices and tailored support in their markets. This role requires strategic thinking with strong leadership, sales, and relationship management skills. Must also get involved in the tactical activities necessary to strengthen and reinforce recruiting processes for our field offices. **Position Responsibilities:** + Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to create and align agent recruiting strategies with business objectives. + Own and optimize the end-to-end agent pipeline development process, from sourcing through onboarding of final candidates. + Develop and implement strategies that support field management in identifying, recruiting, and selecting new agents, sales managers, and district managers. + Consistently collaborate with senior leadership to present pipeline building updates, address challenges, and achieve results. + Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to field management to ensure agencies meet and exceed recruiting targets. + Build strong, long-term relationships with field management to maintain the ability to influence. + Analyze pipeline data to identify bottlenecks, improve conversion rates, and ensure a smooth candidate experience. + Conduct regular district recruiting performance reviews and provide feedback to Regional Vice Presidents and District Managers. + Consultant with the Life leadership team evaluating and suggesting improvements on recruiting practices. + Analyze market trends to identify external threats and overall opportunities for growth. + Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into pipeline health and hiring performance. + Monitor recruiting activity and results, ensuring agencies meet goals. + Support marketing initiatives to attract top talent and maintain a strong employer brand. + Actively engage in recruitment activities to assist managers in filling recruitment funnels and creating a solid agent pipeline. + Additional duties as assigned. **POSITION QUALIFICIATIONS:** + Bachelor’s degree in business administration, recruiting, sales or relevant field + 8+ years of experience in recruiting operations, talent acquisition, or a related role + Strong understanding of the financial services industry and recruitment processes + Strong understanding of full cycle recruitment strategies + Proven track record of improving pipeline efficiency and hiring outcomes + Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills + Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment + Relationship builder, skilled at quickly establishing credibility and trust + Highly motivated and natural self-starter, independent thinker, great planner, and team player + Structured in thinking process with strong problem-solving skills, the ability to quickly absorb complex issues, break down those problems to find solutions that ensure alignment across cross-functional team + Data analysis and reporting skills + Ability to cope with uncertainty, learn fast, motivated by new and complex challenges + Manage information in a visually appealing and easy to understand method + Drive results through influence across a wide variety of stakeholders + Continuous improvement mindset + This is a hybrid role out of our Chesterfield, MO office + Sponsorship is not accepted for this opportunity. _Kemper is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
