POSITION SUMMARY:
The Agency Pipeline Development Manager will be responsible for driving the effectiveness and efficiency of the agency hiring processes of our agency sales force across the business. This role will work directly with our sales leaders to enhance agent recruiting performance in their territories through a mix of standard practices and tailored support in their markets.
This role requires strategic thinking with strong leadership, sales, and relationship management skills. Must also get involved in the tactical activities necessary to strengthen and reinforce recruiting processes for our field offices.
