Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day airfreight export and import operations Coordinate effectively with airlines, freight forwarders, transporters, and customs authorities Prepare and review shipping documents, including Air Waybills (AWB), export/import permits, and declarations Track and monitor cargo movements to ensure timely and accurate delivery Maintain clear and proactive communication with customers and vendors regarding shipment status Ensure full compliance with Dangerous Goods handling and airfreight regulatory requirements Work closely with the Customer Service team to secure and manage shipment bookings Organize and schedule timely pickup of cargo from customers, ensuring smooth and efficient handling Job Requirements - Experience and Education

Requirements:

Solid understanding of airfreight documentation and customs clearance procedures At least 2 years of relevant working experience in similar industry Knowledge of Cargowise is an added advantage.
