This role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls with customers and vendors to follow up on orders, resolve issues, and ensure efficient order processing. You will also be responsible for key ERP system functions and serve as the first point of contact for all related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities: Make outbound and receive inbound calls to/from customers and vendors regarding order status and follow-ups Serve as the first point of contact for order-related issues, providing timely and professional resolution Perform essential ERP functions, primarily within BC 21 Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment Maintain accurate records of communications and transactions Generate reports and track orders using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department as neededWhat do you bring? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with ERP systems, preferably Business Central (BC 21) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Prior experience in a customer support, order processing, or logistics environment is a plus
