Position Overview: We are currently seeking an Analyst/Project Coordinator for our Investor Solutions Team to contribute to best-in-class client research that differentiates JLL and builds and maintains a competitive advantage in the marketplace through market expertise, analysis, and insight. This is an ideal opportunity for someone seeking to join an industry-leading team and develop an advanced knowledge of real estate investors, investments and market fundamentals. This national role will work closely with JLL business leaders in leasing, management, and capital markets groups across industrial, office, retail, multifamily, and hotel product types as well as with marketing and research teams around the country. This position will be based in New York City.
As a member of the Investor Solutions Team, you support JLL business professionals by coordinating client activities and knowing all pertinent information regarding assigned institutional investor clients. This includes tracking and evaluating client portfolios, fund strategies, investment activity, client organizational structures and changes, and client / JLL relationship metrics across all investor service lines and revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to support client strategies Gather and analyze client data, including financial statements, fund strategies, rent rolls, organizational charts, etc. Assist in the creation of client presentations, reports, and marketing materials Assist with the logistics and coordination of meetings, events, meetings, and programs Create and deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly investor service growth metrics Maintain accurate and up-to-date property, client, and market databases Collaborate with various teams including brokerage, property management, valuations, capital markets, research, and marketing Maintain data accuracy for client portfolios, JLL transaction activity and revenues Maintain, track and facilitate new business pursuits for the national JLL pipeline for the top institutional investor clients in the U.S Analyze state of the market trends and determine the impact on client portfolios. Communicate findings articulately. Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual performance reports, client plans, and client relationship analysis Contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field1-3 years of experience in real estate, finance, or related industry (preferred)Strong analytical and quantitative skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyKnowledge of real estate market trends and industry best practicesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with real estate software platforms (e.g. CoStar, RCA) is a plusFlexible work hoursWhat We Offer:

Estimated total compensation for this position:
75,000.00 – 85,000.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
