•  Tech Service location has moved to a legacy Hillrom location (From Cuernavaca to Mexico City)
•    Previously, TS received Quality support from manufacturing location (Cuernavaca – KidneyCo), which will no longer be provided due to move and split (Mfg is Vantive).
•    Currently TS Mexico is receiving support from Quality personnel in Puerto Rico remotely
•    With facility relocation, most Mexico TS employees are new to Baxter or are Legacy Hillrom employees, who are not familiar with Baxter QMS requirements.
•    Additional focus is required for HST integration activities and preparation for Corporate Audit in Q3 2025.
•    Currently the Mexico Quality System, requires majority of QMS processes to be completed on paper. We are in process of reviewing the requirement and eliminating paper where possible.
•    New person will manage all Quality activities for TS Mexico depot and provide support to the field. They will also provide backup to existing TS Quality employees (2) in LATAM.
