Job Description:
Are you a problem-solver with a passion for chemistry? We are looking for an Analytical Chemist to join our team and tackle customer complaints with innovative solutions. In this role, you will apply your expertise in chemistry to analyze and resolve issues, ensuring our products meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Investigate and resolve customer complaints by conducting thorough chemical analyses.Develop and implement testing protocols to identify and address product issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and performance.Maintain detailed records of analyses and findings, and generate comprehensive reports.Stay updated with the latest advancements in analytical chemistry and apply them to improve testing methods.Qualifications:
Master's or PhD in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, or Materials Science.Proficiency in using advanced analytical instruments and techniques.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience in a laboratory setting with a focus on analytical chemistry.Work Environment:

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $45.00/hr.
