The ideal Certified Anaplan System Admin will be responsible for overseeing the performance, standards and strategic direction of the solution architecture. This includes defining and enhancing the architecture through change programs. Ensuring appropriate governance is applied to solution changes, preserving the integrity and consistency of the overall solution architecture is required for the role. This Manager level role will interface with several internal Chanel teams (F&B Planning, Fashion Planning, Watch & Fine Jewelry Planning). Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of Anaplan Sys Admin experience and a passion for working with teams to enhance their planning capabilities. This full-time role will be based in New York City with required work in Piscataway, NJ.   What impact you can create at CHANEL: Lead the definition of Anaplan architectural direction and standards, fostering innovation and continuous improvement Map innovation requests to standard available functionalities and analyze custom developments to identify optimization opportunities Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Anaplan’s product portfolio and monitor upcoming developments to ensure alignment with organizational goals Translate business requirements and strategic initiatives into conceptual architectural designs and solutions Define solutions in a way that allows for cost estimation, providing oversight on solution design and managing scope effectively Represent future project requirements to proactively avoid re-work costs and ensure efficient use of resources Review and approve documentation for critical system interfaces, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that the solution design aligns with business goals, technical constraints, and long-term scalability Ensure adherences to Anaplan’s best practices and governance models throughout the project lifecycle, safeguarding system integrity and consistency Drive the adoption of new Anaplan features and best practices across the organization, ensuring smooth integrations and implementation Monitor and evaluate solution performance post-implementation to identify areas for further optimization and enhancement  You are energized by: Working in a highly collaborative environment  Navigating complexity and supporting consistent transformation and change  Collaborating with passionate teammates   Connecting the dots on problems, bring a key eye for details and expert problem perception  An interest in the sophistication and art of the luxury retail industry What you will bring to the team: Anaplan Master Planner Certification Minimum 5+ years of experience in Anaplan system design, architecture and implementation Strong understanding of architectural standards and best practices Relationship building and excellent written and verbal communication skills Expertise in development methodologies and agile project management  Deep knowledge of the Anaplan product portfolio and its applications Proven experience with Anaplan integration with third party systems Vendor management experience  In-depth understanding of Anaplan Way and Connected Planning Strong customer focus and analytical thinking for solving complex challenges The ability to relay complex technical terminology into easy to digest everyday language Position Logistics:  The position is based in New York City, with a hybrid work model requiring three days on-site at the CHANEL corporate office, work out of Piscataway, NJ office also required Minimum of 5 years' Anaplan System Administration experienceMust have Anaplan Master Planner Certification; also, Anaplan Way and Connected Planning experience Supply chain, merchandise and allocation planning experience preferred Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or similar, preferred After hours support may be necessary *Chanel, Inc. reserves the right to edit, change, or make exceptions on designations where circumstances where deemed appropriate.  Compensation:  The anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,100- $138,500.  Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay [may/will] be offered for this position.
