Assesses new patients for acceptance into clinic. Educates patient on all appropriate aspects of anticoagulation. Documents INR, progress notes, and other relevant data into the patient medical record. Assists patient accounting in billing for services. *Non-Essential Functions* Assist with orientation and training of personnel and students. Participates and attends meetings as required and/ or assigned. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. Prepares periodic reports as requested. *Minimum Qualifications* *Education* Associate degree in nursing Bachelor’s degree in nursing (Preferred) *Required Skills * Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
