Do you have Concur experience? A background in Accounts Payable? Are you based in Seattle?

We're looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist with hands-on Concur experience to join a fast-paced, high-volume team at a large, well-known company. This is a long-term contract role that's 99% remote - but candidates must be located in the Seattle area to occasionally support in-person check runs.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and review AP invoices accurately and timely using Concur

Prepare payment batches for weekly check and ACH runs

Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies

Assist with monthly close procedures and audit requests

Work across 4-6 different systems daily, including Oracle R12 and Excel

Maintain accuracy and speed in a dynamic, project-driven environment

Location: 99% Remote (Seattle-based candidates only)
Pay: $25-$30/hr depending on experience
Start: ASAP

Must-Have Qualifications:

Hands on Concur experience (REQUIRED)

2+ years of Accounts Payable experience

Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables and vlookups a plus)

High attention to detail and fast, accurate data entry

Ability to stay focused and self-motivated while working remotely

Comfortable in high-volume, fast-paced environments
