Job Description
This hybrid role requires attendance on-site from Tuesday to Thursday, between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable to assist with AP processing and provide support for our upcoming audit. Familiarity with NetSuite is advantageous, as we are preparing for a system implementation scheduled to go live in June 2025. Experience in managing payables for a parent company with subsidiary allocations is preferred.
ResponsibilitiesProcess accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.Support the team in preparing for the upcoming audit.Manage payables for the parent company and allocate them to its subsidiaries.Reconcile vendor accounts with minimal supervision and present findings.Suggest best courses of action based on reconciliation findings.Operate effectively within a midsize or large ERP system.Essential Skills3-5 years of experience in accounts payable.Proficiency in invoice processing.Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including vlookup and pivot tables.Knowledge of purchase orders and reconciliation.Experience in Microsoft Office applications.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.Experience with NetSuite is a bonus.Knowledge of VBA and PowerBI is advantageous.Work Environment
The work environment is dynamic and engaging, with a fun team atmosphere. Free parking is available behind the building, although it can be inconvenient at times. The location offers easy commuting options from West Seattle, Ballard, or Tukwila to Sodo. Employees can participate in warehouse sales for discounted clothing and gear. There is an opportunity to train during early hours with our Detroit team.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
