You will partner with the Head of People Local APAC and APAC President to prioritise and focus these initiatives for maximum impact. **What You'll Do:** + Own the Learning & Talent Management (L&TM) agenda for the APAC region. Lead the development and execution of Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives tailored to the APAC market, allowing for customization per country where relevant. + Own the calendar of L&D initiatives for APAC and organize and plan for the administration of them, using a range of resources. + Build strong relationships with global stakeholders and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to leverage global initiatives and ensure consistency where relevant. + Partner with the People Team and business leaders to identify skill gaps and development needs. Create and implement L&D initiatives based on these needs. + Drive the L&TM agenda to enable the successful implementation of the Local Operating Model and lead the creation of L&D solutions to embed the required behaviors and mindset for success. + Establish strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment with business goals. + Deliver or source (and design, where appropriate) leadership development where needed. + Monitor industry trends and best practices to enhance learning impact. Foster a learning culture through innovative learning solutions and technology. + Manage the L&D budget and resources effectively. + Respond to ad hoc requests, such as providing curated learning resources as needed. + Support the implementation of the L&TM elements of the global People roadmap in GWS APAC to ensure that the L&TM offering is fit for purpose and delivered effectively. + Ensure all aspects of the Talent Management process are delivered for the APAC region. **What You'll Need:** + Experience in working with or within Learning & Development and/or Talent Management teams and leading leadership development initiatives (essential) + Strategic thinking with the ability to drive innovation + Ability to influence leaders to adopt proposed learning solutions + Proven capability to manage multiple L&D projects simultaneously and meet deadlines + Experience acting as a business partner and trusted advisor + Experience working in a complex matrix-style organization, where flexibility and pragmatism are prioritized over perfection + Proficiency in analyzing data to evaluate the effectiveness of L&D initiatives and recommend improvements based on outcomes + Gravitas and personal impact + Curiosity with the ability to ask questions to understand needs and expectations + Excellent communication and presentation skills + Commercially savvy, with the ability to connect L&D and talent management to business needs + Self-motivated and driven CBRE GWS CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) works with clients to make real estate a meaningful contributor to organizational productivity and performance.
