UPMC North Central PA is looking for a motivated, patient-focused Family Medicine CRNP or Physician Assistant to join our progressive primary care team.  This opportunity supports our busy Port Allegany Family Practice with a long-standing reputation in the community.

UPMC Cole is a modern, progressive system centered around a 25-bed critical access hospital located on a large, well-maintained campus with a service area covering 55,000 people living in six counties in North Central Pennsylvania and Western New York.  UPMC Cole owns and operates 11 primary care and 18 specialty medical practices located in Coudersport and the counties that surround the hospital.  

EMPLOYMENT ARRANGEMENTS:

o   Initial agreement 36 month term, will consider longer terms

o   Base salary: negotiable based 

o   Sign on bonus: $5,000

o   CME: annually 5 days and $3,000

o   PTO: contracted to work 46 weeks per year, all other time is for PTO and UPMC observed holidays

§  Potential to earn 5% of base salary in quality and citizenship incentive

§  Production incentive based on wRVU

WORK SCHEDULE:

·         Monday-Friday: 8:00-4:30 with equitable on call responsibilities

·         Start:  As soon as possible

·         EMR system – Epic
