As a Software Developer at Fiserv, you will be an integral part of our dynamic development team, focusing on creating custom add-ons for our core banking software (DNA™) and facilitating integrations for seamless client experiences. Your role will involve direct client interaction, collaborative work with the development team, and playing a key role in delivering high-quality software solutions.
What you will do:
Develop and document software based on client requirementsAssist in creating software development proposals and estimates for client requestsEnsure timely delivery of high-quality software that meets client expectationsCollaborate with clients, developers, and business analysts for accurate project deliveryResearch and resolve software defects reported by clientsCoordinate project completion with various departmentsUndertake additional projects as assignedWhat You Will Need To Have:
Bachelor’s degree in a software development field of study, or equivalent relevant experienceEnd-to-end experience across the software development lifecycleStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a project team environmentPreferred Qualifications:
Experience with PL SQL, C#.NET, and Oracle SQR for software developmentProficiency in real-time integration techniques such as Web Services / APIsKnowledge and experience with XMLFamiliarity with Graphical User Interface design principles, including Cards Based (UX) interfacesExpertise in performance optimization diagnosis and techniquesExperience with retail banking processes for Community Banks and Credit UnionsThis role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island or Washington.
