To learn more about us, visit stradaglobal.com **Application Management, Senior Associate** **Job Requirements** •4 to 6 years knowledge or exposure to SAP ABAP Programming is required. •2 to 4 years Knowledge or exposure to SAP ABAP HR/Payroll/Time/Personnel •Administration and Organizational Management modules is an advantage. •Having knowledge in at least two country payroll legislation is required. •Having worked in a system support role is required. •Has excellent communication skills •Is a team player •Is detail oriented (High valuation on quality) •Is resourceful and able to deliver even with minimal guidance •Is a fast learner **Roles and Responsibilities** •Will work on BAU tasks mostly for PH and SG clients. •Will provide assistance to JL1 colleagues on SAP HR/Payroll and Time issues/requests. •Will support several accounts across one or several country payrolls. •Will strive to ensure that quality ticket metrics are met and prevent any slippage in ticket SLAs. •Will serve as SPOC and back up for Senior and SME of assigned client accounts. •Will provide functional estimates for fixes (INC) and change requests (CHG) with guidance by senior resources. •Will provide fixes on change requests and incidents assigned to them. •Will deliver complete and quality documentation when required. **Benefits** We offer programs and plans for a healthy mind, body, wallet and life because it’s important our benefits care for the whole person.
