**Job Description**
**JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
· Perform safe and effective set up, operation, and cleaning of the aseptic filling equipment
· Conduct the sterilization and manual washing of machine components
· Perform routine basic chemical concentration tests
· Plan and schedule of fluid transfers and raw lines CIP with HTST and blending employees
· Follow and understand production schedule and adjust as needed to avoid down time
· Conduct basic troubleshooting of equipment and contact maintenance when necessary
· Ensure timely staging of packaging materials
· Maintain and monitor quality of product and processes
· Ensure accurate and timely monitoring of critical control points
· Perform CIP processes for all processing equipment
· Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately
· Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues
· Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements

**SCHEDULE:** 6pm - 6am
**COMPENSATION:**
+ $27.76/hour
**Requirements**
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
· High school diploma or equivalent preferred
· 2 to 4 years of manufacturing/production experience needed, preferably in the dairy or consumer goods industry
· Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES**
· Able to follow directions and carry out instructions
· Able to effectively work in a team environment
· Able to legibly write entries for record keeping
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment
· Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
· Must be able to read, write and speak English
