Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Assemblers to join our team in the manufacturing of HVAC units for commercial buses. As an assembler, you will work collaboratively in a team of 4-5 individuals at various lines or cells on the manufacturing floor. You will be responsible for assembling specific sections of the HVAC units, utilizing a variety of hand and power tools provided at each station. Attention to detail is crucial as the units consist of small, medium, and large parts.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with team members to assemble specific sections of HVAC units.Utilize hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks.Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in assembly work.Follow detailed written and verbal instructions for production.Work under the supervision of a lead and a supervisor to maintain quality standards.Essential SkillsExperience in assembly work within a production/manufacturing setting for over 2 years.Proficiency in using hand and power tools.Ability to read and follow detailed instructions.Experience working on an assembly line.Capability to work effectively in both team and solo settings.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.Knowledge of mechanical assembly processes.Ability to measure accurately using tape measures.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is clean, bright, and organized, featuring a brand new building with state-of-the-art facilities. The production floor is well-lit, clean, and temperature-controlled, providing an enticing atmosphere for work. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with occasional overtime on Saturdays. Employees receive a 15-minute break every 4 hours and a lunch break. Saturday overtime is generally voluntary, depending on supply demands.
