Job Title: Assembly Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Tech to join our dynamic team. This role requires a detail-oriented individual to assemble and test avionic electrical-mechanical assemblies, handle and install fiber optics and related hardware, and champion safety requirements. The candidate must comply with applicable export control laws and regulations.

ResponsibilitiesAssemble and test avionic electro-mechanical systems.Install and manage fiber optics and related hardware.Maintain and calibrate lab/test equipment.Perform preventative maintenance and system-level testing.Manage inventory and receive shipments.Improve work instructions and safety procedures.Work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsRelevant technical certifications or equivalent experienceMechanically inclinedAbility to read and follow blueprint drawingsExperience with sensitive hardware and clean environmentsTeam-oriented and adaptableExperience with hand and power tools -- torch wrench specificallyMilitary background is a plusPay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
