Assistant Director of Food and Beverage
Location: Seabrook Village by Erickson Senior Living We are seeking an Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to help lead and elevate our vibrant, multi-venue dining program. In this leadership role, you will oversee the Dining Services Management team and collaborate with Catering, Events, and culinary leaders to deliver high-quality food, seasonal menus, weekly specials, and memorable dining experiences. You will support retail operations and ensure exceptional service across four unique on-site restaurants offering flexible meal plans, chef-driven menus, and made-to-order options. Compensation: + Commensurate with experience starting at $100,000 annually, plus eligibility for annual bonus. How you will make an impact + Deliver high-quality, nutritious meals and responsive service to residents and staff while ensuring regulatory compliance. + Implement systems to meet financial goals; manage food, labor, and supply costs. + Maintain high levels of resident, guest, and employee satisfaction + Collaborate with Catering/Events for planning, production, and space coordination. + Manage staffing levels, hiring, training, performance evaluation, and discipline. + Ensure adherence to HR policies and regulatory compliance at all levels. + Foster strong relationships across Independent Living and Continuing Care teams. + Promote and enforce safety protocols, including proper use of PPE. + Proficiently use HR, finance, and food service software systems. What you will need + Minimum of 5 years of food service management experience required, including production, service, and sanitation + Serve Safe Certified obtained within 6 months of employment. Additional certifications are required by federal, state, and/or local regulations Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
