Under the leadership of the Director of F&B, this role promotes on-brand messaging to customers through traditional, digital, and social media channels all with the goal of enhancing the image of the hotel. This role helps build direct marketing plans, targeted campaigns, and activated channels to the end of driving consumer awareness and preference, increasing market share, and building broader portfolio and brand awareness. This role focuses on showcasing Food and Beverage promotions, both to hotel guests and to local patrons. This role is fully connected to resources in their region to liaise and build deep partnerships with their regional eCommerce and Marketing teams to verify all local, social, and digital marketing efforts are effectively integrated with the selling efforts for the organization. This role also gets to do a little bit of everything, from balancing traditional and digital marketing and eCommerce activities to contributing to public relations (PR) activities for the hotel. Success is measured by how well they help drive the sales and revenue strategy of the property in F&B, social media engagement and also by how effectively leveraged the resources around them are to create truly compelling marketing and communications campaigns. Assists in establishing and implementing operational, service, public relations and sales strategies for property restaurants, bars and entertainment venues. Networks with high profile clientele and creates non-traditional selling and Public Relations events that generate high revenues. Orchestrates events that create awareness, understanding and interest through distinctive use of social networking media and coverage in lifestyle publications that target high-profile and high-end clientele. Implements the brand’s service strategy and applicable brand initiatives in all aspects of the sales and service process and focuses on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives. Manages relations, and stays in the know and connected with brands, influencers, key persons in the different industries that are our target clients for the brand. Follow all company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Education and Experience Required: + 2-year degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or related major and 4 years’ experience in the sales, marketing, digital or related professional area; hospitality marketing or digital advertising experience preferred OR + 4-year bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or related major; 2 years’ experience in the sales, marketing, digital or related professional area; hospitality marketing or digital advertising agency experience preferred. **CORE WORK ACTIVITIES** **Sales and Business Development:** + Works closely with the Director of Food and Beverage to develop strategies on business development + Works on partnerships with banks and other third parties to drive business covers into the venues.
