We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Vice President, Wealth and Private Banking Operations.
Principal Responsibilities
To manage the end-to-end Wealth and Private Banking activitiesTo manage all outsourced activities; connect and collaborate with offshore teams and external service providers/vendors to ensure the Service/Performance Level Agreement is consistently met dailyTo deliver high standard of customer service delivery continuously and ensure that feedback, complaints and enquiries from internal external customers are promptly responded and resolvedMaximization process of efficiency and effectiveness in the team through simplification, streamlining and/or automationTo practice robust Controls and compliances and ensure accuracy in management reportingTo support and roll out all related projects and system enhancements within stipulated timelinesTo manage operational risk associated with the role and take action to minimize the likelihood of operational risk occurring, including risk identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reportingMaintains HSBC internal control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators in a timely fashionEnsure Desk Instruction Manuals are promptly reviewed and updated
