**Responsibilities**
+ Analyze market dynamics, secondary trading levels of comparable companies and relevant precedent transactions in order to perform pricing and valuation analysis.
+ Perform financial structuring and transaction execution activities for bond and loan transactions.
+ Assist in performing business development and/or financial product advisory.
+ Prepare transaction marketing materials including investor presentations, offering memorandums and other bond and loan-related documentation.
+ Actively participate on client and deal teams.
+ Participate in due diligence sessions and client meetings.
+ Provide financial, operations, and business support within a corporate or investment banking environment.
+ Execute transactions for issuers including coverage of Latin America clients.
+ Develop and maintain financial models to analyze trends, including discounted cash flow, leverage buyout, cost of capital analysis, merger models, ability-to-pay, value-creation, operating models, and 3-statement models.
+ Perform comprehensive valuation analysis using comparable companies and precedent transactions.
+ Prepare client presentation materials, internal approval memos, and marketing documents such as roadshow materials, confidential information memorandums, and rating agency presentations.
+ Conduct research using Bloomberg, Moody’s, S&P, Thompson and Factiva to analyze market data and competitive dynamics.
+ Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.
**Required Skills & Experience**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering (any), or related: and
+ 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related Finance occupation.
+ Must include 2 years of experience in each of the following:
+ Providing financial, operations, and business support within a corporate or investment banking environment;
+ Executing transactions for issuers including coverage of Latin America clients;
+ Developing and maintaining financial models to analyze trends, including cash flow, leveraged buyout, cost of capital analysis, ability-to-pay, value-creation, operating models, and statement models;
+ Performing comprehensive pricing analysis using comparable companies and precedent transactions;
+ Preparing client presentation materials, internal approval memos, and marketing documents such as roadshow materials, confidential information memorandums, and rating agency presentations to execute transactions; and,
+ Conducting research using Bloomberg, Moody’s, S&P, and other financial databases to analyze market data and competitive dynamics.
+ 10% domestic travel, as necessary.
