Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('SpinCo') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.
Key Responsibilities
+ Collaborate directly with department leadership to assess operational needs and implement scalable solutions that improve cross-functional productivity or resolve issues.
+ Leverage expertise in inventory management, logistics, and operational efficiency to enhance workflows across departments, ensuring streamlined processes and resource availability.
+ Assist in maintaining interdepartmental communication and workflow transparency by developing tracking systems, reports, and documentation that align with company objectives.
+ Coordinate onboarding logistics – as needed.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues related to office equipment, furniture, and campus infrastructure.
+ Utilize expertise in industry-standard programs such as Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office to create professional, brand-aligned visual materials.
+ Design and produce high-quality signage for office spaces, mailrooms, restrooms, parking areas, and other informational and situational needs in 2375 and across the campus.
+ Generate and refine maps and technical illustrations, including floorplans and site maps, for studio guests and department use.
+ Provide concierge-level assistance and support for office equipment, IT systems, and department-specific needs campus-wide.
+ Coordinate interdepartmental collaboration with various groups including Bon Appetit, Facilities, Security, Special Events, Labor, and the Mailroom for a variety of tasks and assignments.
+ Manage logistical coordination for deliveries, special projects, and time-sensitive requests.
+ Conduct on lot deliveries and pickups – Must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart.
+ Managing incoming third parties’ vendors.
+ Routinely order, stock and maintain office supplies to ensure the building’s copy rooms are stocked.
+ Monitor and maintain Iron Mountain bin levels in 2375 for efficient document disposal and removal.
+ Routinely maintain multiple storage rooms throughout building.
+ Supply processing, requisitions, and inventory control.
+ Manage stock of Apple peripherals.
+ Submit and manage maintenance requests for Workplace Ops teams – as needed.
Basic Qualifications
+ 2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic and high-volume corporate administrative role within the entertainment industry, with some analytical responsibilities.
+ Must be able to lift and carry over 40lbs.
+ Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office software is mandatory.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
