This role provides assistance with the analysis and interpretation of data to unearth issues, weaknesses and problems, comprehend the causes and formulate recommendations and solutions that will drive small business changes. **What you'll be doing** **Key Responsibilities:** + Assists in outlining of the end-to-end solution in Data & AI related areas, set to enable the client’s business transformation. + Continuously searches for opportunities to learn. + Assists with facilitation of client-facing workshops. + Collects and analyzes both IT and business issues and present these back to the client’s organization. + Assists with the design and methodology required to address IT and business issues in a professional and knowledgeable manner enabling the client organization to achieve their stated outcomes. + Assists with the presales process, including conducting meetings, writing proposals, proposing solutions and delivering presentations. + Works under the guidance of presales architects to develop strategic roadmaps for domain specialization. + Assists with the completion of the required strategic documentation (detailed business plans) relating to a business transformational initiative. + Communicates roadmap documents and business cases. + Continuously monitors client satisfaction and ensures the completion of assignments. **Knowledge and Attributes:** + Entry-level domain/industry expertise coupled with consulting and client engagement experience, demonstrating good experience in client needs assessment and change management. + Knowledge in Data & AI, understanding of IT industry environment and business needs. + Understanding of business transformation couple with strategic thinking ability. + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. + Interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. + Extensive knowledge of systems, software and programing languages. + Ability to focus on detail with an understanding of how it impacts the business strategically. + Excellent client service orientation. + Ability to establish and manage processes and practices through collaboration and the understanding of business. **Academic Qualifications and Certifications:** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology and/or Business Management or a related field. + Certified Management Consultant (CMC) preferred. + Relevant industry-specific accreditations and/or affiliations preferred. **Required Experience:** + Entry-level experience in a consulting or IT role within a large scale (preferably multi-national) technology services environment. + Entry level experience in integrating the solutions for particular projects with the business domain, enterprise concerns, industry standards, established patterns, and best practices. + Entry level transformational consulting experience. + Entry level experience in running discovery workshops, linked to presenting findings back to the client as well as capability to interact and resolve any areas when challenged on findings and or recommendations in a collaborative and successful manner. + Entry level business development and pre-sales experience. **Workplace type** **:** Hybrid Working **About NTT DATA** NTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
