Annualized Salary Range: $75,000-$82,000
As a member of residential leadership team, provides oversight to 24/7 operations of numerous residential programs. Collaborates with and provides direction and supervision to Residential Directors to ensure quality direct services are provided. Is an active participant in cross discipline/department meetings. Supports and is committed to providing a continuum of residential settings while creating a safe and functional living environment for the people we support. Through collaboration, persons served are empowered to become full and active members of their community and to make decisions affecting (or reflecting) how they choose to live their lives. As a member of the Leadership team, responsible for oversight residential services and assume leadership responsibility to develop and sustain agency wide initiatives as assigned by the Senior Vice President.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITES:
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding/knowledge base of the programs/models, including regulations, finances, and day to day operations.
• Ensure programs follow regulatory requirements and are well prepared for external reviews and surveys.
• Ensure programs are of high quality and that improvement is continuous and immediate with appropriate follow up.
• Professional development and supervision of Residential Directors.
• Awareness of program support area needs (human resources, recruitment, training, information technology, property management, etc) for communicating needs as appropriate.
• Awareness of major incidents and ensuring appropriate notifications, actions, and follow up.
• Serves as QIDP for individuals in their respective programs when necessary.
• Financial and budgeting oversight.
• Community knowledge and involvement.
• Participation in agency-wide coordination and implementation of new program development.
• Assumes leadership responsibility in agency wide initiatives/special projects as assigned by Senior Vice President
• Standing chair or participate in agency wide committees as assigned by Senior Vice President
• Monitors site vacancies to ensure revenues are maximized.
• Complies with all agency policies and procedures.
• Is available 24 hours per day for emergencies at sites.
• Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelors Degree (Masters preferred) in a related field with a minimum of ten years related management and or field experience.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for the supervision and professional development of Program Directors and Administrative staff.
