**Overview** **Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation** **Fort Worth, TX** **Licensed Athletic Trainer (LAT)** **Sports Health** **Full Time** **40 hour/week at full-time salary** **This opportunity is a full-time position with BSW rehab and your salary will be commiserate with years of licensed or BOC experience** **starting at $56,326.40 for 0 years of experience.** BSW Rehab is looking for a self-motivated Athletic Trainer to provide care at outreach sporting events. The Athletic Trainer/WorkStrategies Specialist is responsible for the delivery of the continuum of WorkStrategies prevention services and athletic training services on site with the client. This position is an integral part of the injury prevention and health promotion team with City of Fort Worth. This position provides WorkStrategies services to City of Fort Worth employees. **Benefits of Becoming an Athletic Trainer with us:** + Health + Vision + Dental + 401 K + 40 hour/week at full time salary; hours exceeding 40 hours a week for event coverage is paid at our hourly rate. + Opportunities to work outreach sports for extra incentive pay. + Full PTO Accrual and paid holidays for the 6 major holidays **Responsibilities** Essential functions: + Deliver athletic training services in coordination with physicians and outpatient physical therapists as part of pre and post injury care plans. + Domains I-V + Deliver WorkStrategies prevention services at assigned locations.
