As the Audit Technology & Automation Lead, you’ll lead the administration and optimization of audit technologies, driving automation, compliance, and efficiency across the firm. This role bridges audit operations and IT, playing a key part in innovation, training, and change management. Responsibilities Responsibilities: + System Administration + Administer and manage the Dynamic Audit Solutions (DAS) platform in collaboration with IT and the Quality Committee. + Configure user groups, onboard new users, and manage access control protocols. + Monitor audit trail logs for security, compliance, and troubleshooting. + Template Development & Oversight + Oversee industry-specific audit templates in partnership with Industry Champions and QA teams. + Manage version control and ensure compliance with audit regulations and firm policies. + Helpdesk & User Support Management + Guide the development of a structured helpdesk system for audit technology support. + Coordinates post-implementation system reviews, gathers feedback, and implements enhancements + Driving Automation & Process Optimization + Identify and implement automation solutions to streamline audit workflows. + Collaborate with IT to integrate audit systems and enhance usability and compliance. + Development & Data Management + + Lead development efforts for custom audit technology solutions. + Ensure secure and compliant data extraction, transformation, and visualization. + System Testing & Continuous Improvement + Develop and manage system testing programs and post-implementation reviews. + Track usage metrics and implement enhancements based on feedback. + Training & Development + Design and deliver training programs for audit technologies. + Support role-based training and develop internal educational materials. + Change Management & Strategic Liaison + Facilitate change management initiatives and coordinate stakeholder engagement related to audit technologies. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, MIS, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. + 5+ years of experience in accounting/auditing firms or technology companies. + Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO). + Proven experience in Agile environments, preferably as a Product Owner. + Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. + Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. + Proficiency in Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). + Familiarity with audit software (e.g., CaseWare Cloud SE) and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). + Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and AI/ML applications in audit processes. The estimated base pay range for this role is $107,000 to $144,000, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. The actual salary at the time of offer depends on business related factors like location, skills, experience, training/education, licensure, certifications, business needs, current associate pay, and relevant employment laws. Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
